THE NEW FRONTIERS
Igniting America’s Next Bold Mission Through Strategic Storytelling
THE NEW FRONTIERS is A Multi-Season National Infrastructure Campaign
PROOF-OF-CONCEPT BRIEF • MARCH 2026
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
“History’s great leaps were never funded by spreadsheets alone — they were fueled by stories bold enough to make capital move.”
THE NEW FRONTIERS is a production-ready, multi-season documentary series designed to do for AI-enabled physical infrastructure what Westinghouse electrification films did for electricity, what GM’s Futurama did for the interstate highway system, and what JFK’s Apollo narrative did for space exploration: transform abstract possibility into inevitable national destiny.
America today faces a paradox of abundance. More than $8 trillion sits idle in Money Market Funds — a record high breached in December 2025 — while M2 Money Velocity registers at historic lows (Q4 2025: 1.409 per FRED). Capital is not scarce. Confidence and narrative are. https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/M2V
This series provides that narrative. Anchored in the Autonomy Institute’s nationally recognized framework for Intelligent Infrastructure Economic Zones (IIEZs). Dozens of deployments defined such as Texas to Indiana I-69, Michigan I-94 Industrial Belt, Texas SH 130, North Dakota Interstate 29 USDA Grand Farm Autonomous Nation, the Golden Dome Defense Corridors, Ohio and Indiana Smart Mobility Corridors, the Port-to-Plate Logistics Corridors and master-planned communities in a dozens states. National deployments include FIFA, American 250th, and LA28 Olympics.
THE NEW FRONTIERS first release is centered on active developments in Bastrop County and Austin, Texas that channels sidelined wealth into productive infrastructure — generating direct, measurable returns for investors alongside a generational shift in how America builds. At its heart, this is a story about community: master-planned developments, locally employed service providers, and civic leaders making intelligent infrastructure the foundation of the next American economy.
This is not a Mission - This is a Reckoning!
For too long, we’ve allowed our national focus to drift, exchanging the tangible work of building for the fleeting comfort of the digital screen. We look around and see the legacy of giants: the electric grids that powered our factories, the Interstate Highways that unified our commerce, the Apollo Program that galvanized a generation. Great men and women are not born; they are forged by Bold Missions that unify!
Today, we face a crisis of purpose, but in that crisis lies our greatest opportunity. Our generation’s mission, our Interstate Highway, is Intelligent Infrastructure. We are launching the reconstruction of America, and these Intelligent Infrastructure Economic Zones will be the platforms that foster national unity across every region, reviving the skilled trades and delivering value where it matters most: within our communities!
Our future leaders—Gen Z and Gen Alpha—are digital natives, but they are also innovators. They are ready to lead this renaissance, channeling their fluency in AI and autonomy to design and build communities that prioritize 21st-century solutions and services. They are the pioneers we've been waiting for.
Leveraging AI in the physical world
The prevailing narrative is narrow: that AI automates the digital busywork—the spreadsheets, the reports, the inbox-zero treadmill. If that’s all it does, we’ve merely upgraded the cage. But the real revolution is in liberation. By offloading the cognitive overhead of the “virtual domain,” AI doesn’t just make us more efficient; it frees our hands, our eyes, and our presence to return to the physical world. It becomes the bridge back to embodiment.
We stop being custodians of databases and start building infrastructure. We stop managing abstract workflows and start maintaining the tangible systems—water, energy, shelter, food—that sustain our neighborhoods. We move from competing for attention on a screen to collaborating on a shared project in a shared space.
THE ECONOMIC IMPERATIVE
A $8 Trillion Deployment Problem
The United States does not suffer from a shortage of capital. It suffers from a shortage of conviction. FRED data tells the story plainly — and history confirms the solution.
M1 Money Velocity - 1.652, Q4 2025 — Historic Low (FRED)
Money Market Funds - $8 Trillion, Record High — December 2025 (FRED)
This is not a novel situation. Every era of American economic transformation — electrification, interstate highways, space exploration, the internet — required a catalyst that converted abstract opportunity into compelling, investable narrative. THE NEW FRONTIERS is purpose-built as that catalyst for the AI-physical infrastructure era.
The Historical Precedent
The series draws directly from three proven models of infrastructure-narrative convergence:
Westinghouse Electrification Films (1890s–1920s): Translated the invisible logic of alternating current into a national story of progress, directly mobilizing investment in grid infrastructure.
GM Futurama at the 1939 World’s Fair: Placed 27 million Americans inside a vision of the future, catalyzing political and private will for the Interstate Highway System.
JFK’s Apollo Narrative (1961–1969): A single ‘moonshot’ speech unified national ambition and mobilized hundreds of billions in public and private investment within a decade.
In each case, the investment in narrative was orders of magnitude smaller than the capital it unlocked.
We have now resorted to recycling our grandparents’ Moonshots, pretending that scaling electricity, nuclear, and manufacturing are new concepts.
AUTONOMY INSTITUTE
COMMUNITY-DRIVEN FRAMEWORK
THE NEW FRONTIERS is anchored in the Autonomy Institute — the national standard-bearer for intelligent infrastructure policy and development. More than a think tank, the Institute is a living ecosystem of 400+ industry partners and thousands of national leaders. Real estate developers, engineering firms, community leaders, master-planned developers, state and federal policymakers, vertiport companies, infrastructure investors, property and title companies, attorneys, economic development groups, and locally rooted service providers united by a common conviction: that the next American economy will be built at the community level, powered by intelligent infrastructure.
“THE NEW FRONTIERS translates the Institute’s framework into a cinematic national narrative that makes the abstract investable — and the inevitable visible. This is not one person’s vision. It is a movement.”
Framework for THE NEW FRONTIERS national narrative:
Intelligent Infrastructure Economic Zones (IIEZs)
Purpose-built geographic zones integrating AI, autonomy, and advanced manufacturing into sovereign, resilient production ecosystems.
Public Infrastructure Network Nodes (PINNs) & Micro-DCs
Distributed physical infrastructure hubs — including micro data centers embedded in master-planned communities — enabling decentralized, high- throughput connectivity and localized AI compute.
AI-RAN Convergence
The fusion of AI processing with Radio Access Networks as the new center of gravity for industrial and defense productivity, enabling real-time autonomous service delivery at community scale.
“All-Up” Autonomy
Full-stack autonomous systems integration across construction, logistics, manufacturing, and civic infrastructure — creating end-to-end intelligent communities.
Legislative Alignment
The Intelligent Infrastructure Commerce & Defense Act is advancing in parallel, creating a policy architecture that positions IIEZ developments for federal alignment and long-term capital security. DeCoux’s “Building Our Next Golden Age” and Autonomy 2.0 frameworks provide the philosophical spine of the series — and the investment thesis for capital deployers.
INTELLIGENT INFRASTRUCTURE ECONOMIC ZONES
A NEW INFRASTRUCTURE ASSET CLASS for COMMUNITIES
Master-planned developers across the country are beginning to recognize what forward-thinking community leaders in Texas already know: embedding Intelligent Infrastructure — PINNs, micro-DCs, AI-RAN networks, autonomous mobility corridors — into a development from the ground up is not a cost center. It is a value multiplier. It is a new asset class.
Infrastructure investors, institutional capital allocators, and family offices are increasingly focused on this convergence: where real estate, technology infrastructure, and community services meet in a single, underwritable investment structure. THE NEW FRONTIERS is the narrative that makes this asset class legible — and fundable — at national scale.
A Community-Centered Investment Thesis
A central theme embraced by state and national leaders is the way Intelligent Infrastructure enables a new generation of locally rooted service providers. Rather than concentrating economic gains in distant corporate headquarters, IIEZs are designed to generate durable, place-based employment and business formation — from drone operators to AI platform providers to digital infrastructure technicians — embedded directly in the communities they serve.
THE NEW FRONTIERS brings this story to life through the people building it: community leaders championing advanced services, master-planned developers embedding intelligent infrastructure into their projects from the ground up, and civic pioneers demonstrating what is already possible in Bastrop and Austin.
Locally Employed Service Providers
Drone as a First Responder (DaaFR)
Locally licensed operators providing emergency response, medical supply delivery, and perimeter security — minutes faster than traditional services.
Community Impact: New local businesses, public safety partnerships, reduced response times, and careers for community members trained in autonomous aviation.
AI Service Providers
Community-based firms offering AI-powered analytics, predictive maintenance, logistics optimization, and smart building management on top of PINN infrastructure.
Community Impact: Locally owned tech companies serving developers, municipalities, and commercial tenants — creating high- wage employment without geographic displacement.
Active Digital Twin Providers
Real-time digital replicas of physical infrastructure — a growth communities, campuses, utility networks — enabling predictive management and continuous optimization.
Community Impact: New service firms in digital twin deployment, data integration, and infrastructure intelligence — a sector with no geographic ceiling.
Automated Mobility Districts (AMDs)
Defined zones where autonomous vehicles, delivery robots, and shared mobility services operate with regulatory clarity and infrastructure support.
Community Impact: Reduced transportation costs, new mobility-as-a-service businesses, and communities attracting employers that require autonomous logistics capabilities.
These service categories are being deployed today in Bastrop County and emerging development corridors across Texas — and THE NEW FRONTIERS will document them as they happen.
THE PHYSICAL CONCEPT: BASTROP COUNTY, TEXAS
Bastrop County is not a concept or a rendering. It is an active, multi-stakeholder development zone executing the Autonomy Institute’s IIEZ framework in real time — led by a diverse coalition of developers, community builders, and civic leaders. Three anchor developments form the operational core:
Wyldwood Studios
The visionary project of actor and entrepreneur Zachary Levi, Wyldwood is a 75-acre regenerative film town designed to integrate creative production with wellness living and sustainable community infrastructure. https://wyldwood.com/
Phase openings beginning 2027

Spiderwood Studios / Starwood Studios
Led by Tommy Warren, Spiderwood and Starwood Studios are expanding with next-generation autonomy integration — positioning Bastrop County as a complete ecosystem spanning large-format XR production to boutique independent filmmaking, all within a unified IIEZ framework.
Together, these three developments constitute one of the most investable media-infrastructure convergence zones in North America — with established community leadership, active construction timelines, and Texas Film Commission engagement at every level.

Connecting the World to Intelligence
Vision without action is just a dream, but action without vision is the nightmare we are living in.
Without a North Star, we will continue to fail as a nation. JFK and Eisenhower set the mission, knowing we had leaders to solve the tough engineering challenges that would be identified. The US Army was involved with most of them.
Intelligent Infrastructure is Our Mission
RERUN THE PAST VS. LEADING
We have now resorted to recycling our grandparents’ Moonshots, pretending that scaling electricity, nuclear, and manufacturing are new concepts.
